The key point for energy saving is "pump".

Are you aware which facility spends the electricity ineffectually  in air conditioner?
It is the "pump" which diffuse the chilled water produced by chiller or chilled/hot water generator.
Right after installing this pump, it operates at the maximum output at all times.
It would be no problem operating at the maximum output,  only if it were the condition of just after starting the air conditioner on  and  resulted the temperature inside of the facilities not being chilled sufficiently.
However,  if inside of the facilities were  chilled enough and operating at the maximum output,  it indicates that the pump is consuming unnecessary electricity.

Eco Keeper enables  to suppress power consumption by controlling the pump adequately adjusting with air condition in load.

Firstly, Eco Keeper takes an accurate measurement of chilled water's temperature, which the water is circulated from indoor equipment to outdoor equipment and vise versa.
Secondly, by judging the load of the air conditioner using the difference in temperature, Eco Keeper controls the pump using the inverter to adjust the adequate quantity of chilled water.

Every month, we are recording the quantity of electric reduction.  It is obvious that Eco Keeper is really effective for energy saving.  As the device is so compact, it's easy to install.  In addition, Eco Keeper can also be adaptable for circulating pump for printing machine.  So we are discussing to install it for another.   Since this device is installable according to the facility environment and definitely effective, we believe that Eco Keeper can contribute to promotion of overall industry's energy saving.

The amount of reducing power consumption was approximately 2, 210, 000kWh, which was 9.9% of increase compared with last year.  This year, we believe that we can attain greater effect by Eco Keeper.  We have attempted precise activities such as turning off the indoor lightings and the power sources of unused PCs.  In order to gain more reduction of energy consumption, System Instrumentation co., Ltd. offered us a proposal of Eco Keeper concerning the efficiency of air conditioners that consumed large electricity.  We installed one device verifying the effects by three phases.  Consequently, by maximizing power-saving effect we were able to verify the achievement of an average of 42% energy saving during this summer of May to September.  We firmly believe that this Eco Keeper, which attains the effect of energy saving especially during the interphases of operation, enables to reduce much larger electricity than before.
